At Boxed, she pioneered the impactful RethinkPink campaign, making Boxed the first and only US retailer to take a stand against gender pricing inequities like Pink Tax and Tampon Tax. Advocating for change, she actively participated in legislative processes and testified in states that successfully repealed the Tampon Tax, including her collaboration with Congresswoman Jackie Speier on her Pink Tax Repeal Act. Through creative partnerships, such as Refinery29 + Seventh Generation for 29Rooms, Girls Helping Girls. Period., and P&G's Period Poverty campaign, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to driving social change and business growth.
Nitasha graduated from New York University with a BS in Communications, and received her MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
